Today I sense a change has taken place and I am all new- very energetic, buoyed up with happiness and feel like my life has been scrubbed clean of restrictive thinking I had about myself and what I could realistically hope to achieve in my career. . Each time I arrived feeling rushed and scattered, and only a few minutes into the session I started feeling this amazing peace, feeling all calm, balanced and centered. Following the prayer session to eradicate shame, I experienced a lightness and simplicity in my thinking as if the "inner critic" had been banished. I even tried to revert to my former mental habits of critical self-talk, and it simply wouldn't work anymore. There was no shame for it to hook into! tonight, and just to give you a little feedback.... I have been around a few new age blocks in my life and so I was somewhat dubious about this session and YET, at the same time I had been praying very intensely for some release in my life of certain situations. Well, soon into the session, I began to feel "lighter," and began to feel my "joy" returning to me, and that continued throughout the end of the session.
I thank you for being a facilitator for these energies and especially during this time period where Love is needed more than ever on this Earth Plane. May we all complete what we came here to do, and may the inhabitants of Earth realize that Love is the glue that holds all together.

David Hawkins' book Power vs. Force is one of the most impressive and practical books I've ever read. To be able to know the truth about anything in the present is a tool that inspires awe and wonder. Helen's ability to "calibrate" things for me using Hawkins' scale of consciousness has been invaluable.
