Ascending Heart Ministry is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its online guests, customers, donors, and email users. We do not collect personal information about individuals - such as their names and postal or email addresses - except when the information is knowingly provided by you for the purpose of receiving e-mail communication of a specific newsletter or general information or for news of a new book or upcoming events. PayPal's Data Security and Encryption

The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of our business and our top priority at PayPal.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Once your information reaches us, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Our servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

No fraudulent credit card charges or information interception has ever been reported as a result of purchasing through Ascending Heart Ministry.

Payment

Once you place an order, we will process it and you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. The order will be placed and processed on PayPal's secure server.

Session Prices and Policies

All sessions are done over the phone, excepting local clients, and are taped and mailed within 48 hours.

The price for a first healing, session or consultation with Helen is $175, and is payable to Ascending Heart Ministry in US dollars before the healing begins, by credit card, check or international money order. This is based on an hour and a half session. A fee of $2.00 per minute will apply for any additional time, if time permits, payable by credit card upon completion of the session.

For subsequent healings, sessions or consultations, the price is $145 for a one and one quarter hour session, with a $2.00 per minute fee for additional time.

For all types of sessions, all time spent in conversation is included as "session time."

Please give at least 24 hours notice by phone to cancel an appointment for a full refund. For missed appointments with no notice given by phone, there will be a missed appointment fee of ½ the session fee. The balance will be returned or applied to a rescheduled session. If you have made an appointment and we have not received payment by the day before the session, you must reschedule the session. There are no refunds for healings, sessions or consultations after the service has been rendered.

Program Prices

The price for the Divine Advice email is $10.

The price for Helen's mentoring programs are as follows:

To learn Ascending Heart Prayers for personal use the price is $350.
This includes 6-8 hours of instruction, and a beautiful prayer packet for personal use and on-going support for a three month period.

To be trained as a certified Ascending Heart Prayer Practitioner, the price is $1500. Group training is also available. This program will be customized for each student and will include at least 15 hours of healing and instruction.

The prerequisite for this training is learning Ascending Heart Prayers for personal use. This training includes a beautiful practitioner prayer book and will enable the practitioner to help others is the areas of self-mastery and personal growth through the use of intentional prayers.

Mentoring with Helen in any of the other areas of Helen's practice is done on an individual basis and an appropriate price will be decided upon at that time.
